Career Planner Refund Policy

At Career Planner, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our workshops or services, TC APPLIED Please review our refund policy below.

1.3 Processing Time: Refund requests are typically processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method you used for the purchase.

2. Exclusions

2.1 Digital Products: Any downloadable materials or digital products are not eligible for a refund once accessed or downloaded.

2.2 Partial Attendance: If you have partially attended a workshop, you may still be eligible for a refund, but the amount refunded may be prorated based on your attendance.

3. Changes to This Policy

We may update our refund policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new policy.
